I am a bilingual coach, fluent in English and Dutch, specialized in guiding individuals, teams, and organizations through transformative change. By delving beneath the surface and exploring core values, beliefs, strengths, decision-making processes, and building mental fitness I collaborate with clients to achieve greater success and fulfillment.
When dealing with everyday challenges and navigating work and life decisions we are frequently hijacked by voices in our head that generate negative emotions; these are automated patterns that shape the way we think, feel, and respond. I intertwine the Positive Intelligence and AQai methodologies with my coaching approach. With the aim to build mental fitness to intercept those limiting beliefs, fundamentally change the way you think, and enable you to take laser-focused action creating peak performance, peace of mind and healthy relationships - all the while leveraging adaptability as a professional superpower.
